AFTER HOURS MESSAGE

The After Hours Message will help pacify a disappointed caller so you may still get their business and you may also get a name and contact number to add to your prospect list.
Firstly an After Hours Message tells the caller why the phone has not been picked-up and that you appreciate them calling.
Secondly you can advise the caller of your opening hours and invite them to call back or ring an emergency number.

Sample Medical Services After Hours Message: You have called (Here insert name of Doctor or Medical Centre) however you have called outside our normal opening hours. If this call concerns an emergency situation please hang up now and call 000 otherwise please call again during our opening hours; Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday from 9.00am to 12.00 noon.
